What does condominium cleaning usually include?+
The specification can include stairs, landings, entrances, lifts, handrails, accessible glass, common rooms and periodic deep cleaning.
Can you also take care of the bins?+
Yes. We can put out and bring in the bins, rotate bin bags and clean the waste area according to the municipal collection calendar and rules.
How is the schedule agreed with the property manager?+
The plan sets out days, tasks and frequencies for stairs, halls, lifts, courtyards and basements; the property manager receives the schedule and a channel for residents' reports.
Do you also do one-off cleaning after works or removals?+
Yes, at the property manager's request: deep cleaning of stairs and common areas, windows and courtyards, with a separate quote.
