Industrial cleaning
We work in production departments, workshops and industrial buildings with planning by area, mechanised equipment and procedures defined around the processes on site.
Organised cleaning for production areas, workshops, industrial buildings and technical zones.
Frequencies and hours built on how the spaces are really used.
Before the specification we look at who uses the premises and when: workstations, toilets, common areas, access and opening hours. Frequencies, products and equipment follow from that, with an area manager who oversees the start and the checks.

What it can include
The specification is adapted to the needs of the site. The activities listed are the most common tasks that can be included in the work plan.
Where we work in Lombardy and which other services we can follow on the same site.
Direct presence across Lombardy, multi-site projects assessed case by case. Services from the same area go into the same work plan, with one contact.
The questions we are asked most often.
Short answers to help you before the site visit.
How is industrial cleaning organised?+
We start with a technical site visit to assess surfaces, type of dirt, interference with production, access and the equipment needed. The work is then divided into areas and operating windows.
Can you work without stopping production?+
Where the site allows it, we plan the work by department, time slot or agreed days to keep interference with production to a minimum.
Do you use scrubber-dryers and professional machines?+
Yes. Where floors and spaces allow it, we can use vacuum cleaners, single-disc machines, scrubber-dryers and other professional equipment suited to the site.
Are your staff trained to work in production environments?+
Yes. Before the start we go through the site's safety rules, the PPE required and the restricted areas; operators work only where and when agreed.
Do you also handle one-off deep cleans, for example after maintenance work?+
Yes, on request: thorough work on floors, machine exteriors and passage areas, scheduled in the downtime windows the client indicates.
A precise proposal starts with a good site visit.
Tell us the location, type of premises, approximate area and frequency you need. We will contact you to agree the next steps.
